The Wisconsin man who Shot an Amtrak Conductor in Naperville will undergo a Mental Health Evaluation, A homeless man is denied bail after stabbing a Hinsdale woman to Death, and Aurora police are still investigating a double shooting that happened Thursday

The elderly man accused of shooting an Amtrack conductor near a downtown Naperville train station will undergo a mental health evaluation. 79-yaer-old Wisconsin resident Edward Klein is charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery after police say he shot Michael Case on May 16th.

A homeless man is denied bail on first degree murder charges in the stabbing death of a Hinsdale woman. Dupage county authorities say 51-year-old Andrea Urban was found stabbed to death May 4th and family heirlooms were stolen from her home. 30-year-old Dominic Sanders also faces home invasion and armed robbery charges.

Aurora police are still investigating a double shooting Thursday evening. Police say a black man wearing a hood and with his face covered shot two men in the front yard of a home on Sard Avenue, then ran. One victim has already been released from the hospital. The other is still recovering.
