Smoke from the sewers in Naperville.  The city will be conducting smoke testing downtown and in various neighborhoods starting today.  The testing will last four weeks.  During the testing, residents may find smoke coming up from the sewer drains.  Air and non-toxic smoke is pushed through the sewer lines in an effort to find defects in the sewer line.  There will be smoke coming out of the ground where there are defects in the lines.
